As Managing Director, he plays a central role in the strategic, operational, and financial management of the clinic. Working closely with the Medical Director and clinical leadership, he oversees the organisation’s operational structure and financial governance, including budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, banking relationships, and long-term strategic planning.
With a background in technology and systems architecture, he has led the development of digital patient management and reporting systems that improve operational transparency, support regulatory compliance with the Embryo Protection Authority (EPA), and enable data-driven decision making across clinical and management teams.
